Paintings and drawings from my solo show, “Non Voyage” currently showing in The Architects House Gallery in Tel Aviv until the 26th of March 2021. The theme for the show is a journey taken from London to Tel Aviv by a lone cyclist, either male or female: a sort of everyman character who is travelling through a Covid-ridden Europe and Middle East. Politics and practical considerations fade into the background; the only thing that matters is the traveller’s reaction to the empty world they see. These images are not posted in order. The works were made mostly with acrylic and coloured pencil on paper, some drawings were made with charcoal. The works are framed and for sale, they range in size from A3 to around 90 cm wide.
